Arrow Complete Guide To Using Our Sites

The following is a step-by-step guide on how to successfully use our sites and get the most out of being a member!

Once you select one of our sites that you'd like to use, read the Terms of Service before you do anything, which is highlighted in blue, on the toolbar before you get started. It will instruct you on what you are allowed to do and what you’re not allowed to do.



Once you have read the Terms of Service, click signup and you should arrive at this page:



Fill out all of the boxes with completely truthful information, so that your prizes arrive at the correct place and so that you do not violate the Terms of Service and get banned. For the phone number field, UK users don’t put a 0 in front of your phone number. For example, instead of putting 02392123456 you should put 2392123456. Make sure you double check all the fields, to make sure you have not made any typographical errors. After that, tick the box which says ‘I agree with out Terms of Service and Privacy Policy’, fill out the captcha code and click Next Step.

Upon clicking next step, on the next page, a box will appear like this:



You do not have to choose yes for every box, it’s not necessary. Only tick yes to the ones which you’re interested in. If you’re not interested in any, choose no for each one and click continue. After going through a few more pages of advertisements, it will say that your account is activated. Login.

Once logged in, you will arrive at this page:

The Site Navigation help will tell you a brief amount of information about your user controls, which are in blue, in the top left of the picture above. Now, it’s time to get some points!

Where the user controls are, click on the title named ‘Available Offers’. When you’ve clicked on it, you should arrive at a screen like this:



Notice the category section, highlighted in red. The blue drop-down menu will allow you to choose 6 different categories of surveys. These categories are:

1. 100% Free – These surveys do not have any charge whatsoever, hence the title 100% Free. The lower point surveys may not seem worthwhile completing, but if you complete lots of them, it does add up to quite a high point total.

2. Credit Card Required – These surveys require valid credit card details submitted, meaning that you are spending money on these surveys.

3. Purchase Required - These surveys are very similar to Credit Card Required surveys and also require valid credit card details submitted during the survey.

4. Cell Phone Required – These surveys require a cell phone number being submitted into a survey, which will charge your phone.

5. Free But May Not Credit Always – These surveys are completely free, but the chances of you getting the points for completing it are about 25%

6. Daily Offers – These surveys can be completed everyday, if you qualify for it.



Select your desired category once you’re ready and click ‘Search’. Before you do a survey, it is advised that you clear your internet cookies. Then, you must read the description which is underneath the banner, it will instruct you on what to do. Then, click on the banner and complete the survey using 100% real information. After the completion of a survey, return to the ‘Available Offers’ page and click 'Completed' on the survey you have just done. Once again, clear your cookies. If you have completed the offer correctly, within 1 minute to 7 days, you should be rewarded with the appropriate amount of points. If your offer does not approve within about 3 days, it usually means it will be disapproved. Does this mean you can’t try the survey again? No, if a survey is disapproved, go to your user controls and go to the title labelled ‘Disapproved Offers’ and make your offer available to complete again. The ‘Not Available’ button that you can see has to be clicked on if you have previously completed the same offer on another one of our sites. If you do the same offer twice, you will be breaking the Terms Of Service and your account(s) will be banned.

Essential Tips to get surveys approved:
  • Make sure your web browser is set to accept ALL internet cookies.
  • Clear your internet cookies before completing an offer.
  • When completing the survey, ensure that you let each page load fully.
  • Once you have completed a survey and marked it as completed, clear your internet cookies.


Once you have collected enough points for a prize, go to the ‘Available Prizes’ section, which is found in the user controls.



Choose the category of prize you want and click on it. As an example, the Xbox 360 category was chosen:

In the yellow box, type Yes, then click on the request button. Leave the comments section blank.

You cannot receive the prize just yet. You must verify your account.

Steps To Getting Verified:
  1. Click on the "Profile" link on the left hand side of your account after you have logged in.
  2. Click on the link labelled "CLICK HERE TO VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT".
  3. Once you have ensured that your Profile information is correct, click on the button labelled "Get Verified".
  4. Within a few minutes of clicking this button, a call will be initiated to the phone number that you stated on your Profile.
  5. Note down the code that you are given on the phone and enter it into the box that is provided (on your site account)
  6. Click the "Submit" button and your account is verified!
  7. If you are asked to leave the following information, ignore steps 3-6. Simply fill in the captcha code, click the "CALL NOW" button and when the call is initiated, listen to the instructions and leave the following information:
    • Prize Verification Number
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Full Mailing Address, Including City and State
    • Zip Code or postal code
    • Country
    • Telephone number
    • Username on our site

STEP 7 NOTE: This system is not automatic and is processed manually by a human. This means it can take up to 48 hours to verify your account. However they are typically verified within a few hours.


Frequently Asked Questions:


Question: I was verified, but now I'm unverified. Why?
Answer: The new verification system has been installed. Simply follow the simple steps above to get re-verified.

Question: My Profile information is all correct, but I'm not receiving a call?
Answer: Ensure that you have no prefixes or international codes in front of your phone number. Also, if you can't get the verification system to call you please check your telephone number in your profile to make sure that it does not contain two (double) country codes before your area code (for example, for North America make sure it does NOT read "+119005551212" and INSTEAD has only one country code "+19005551212").

Question: It's asking me to verify my information via the old verification method. Why?
Answer: A fraud check may have appeared on your account if you have signed in via another IP. It may not be you that has logged in on another IP, it may be a staff member that has logged in to process your prize request. Do not panic, simply leave the information that is required and you'll be verified.

Once you are verified, you will be able to receive as many prizes as you want! You don’t need to verify again!

If you do not like any prizes that are offered on our sites, there is the great option of a ‘Custom Order’. A custom order means you can submit a form, asking the Lagoons to buy an item on another site, such as eBay! Click on the title named ‘Custom Order’ in the ‘Available Prizes’ section:





Read the Custom Order form thoroughly as it gives out very important information on ordering from different sites. Once you’re done, type yes into the box which is highlighted in yellow. Add up and type in the amount of points required to buy your item, making sure to include shipping fees and a reshipping fee if needed.

If you CAN change the SHIPPING address from the BILLING address, that means you DO NOT need the reshipping fee.
If you CAN'T change the SHIPPING adress from the BILLING address, that means you DO need to add the reshipping fee.

In the next box, copy and paste the link from the address bar for the product you wish us to purchase for you. Only type in the comment box if there’s something about the product you want us to know about. For example, if you were buying from Amazon, you would write in the comment box the seller who you want to get the item from. Finally, click request and within a day or two, your custom order should get processed and within a few more days or weeks, your order will arrive at your door!
