Yup. I had a friend test this as well, he created a new account and he couldn't find it anywhere.

Did you do an update to the site or something?

We too checked it with our test account and sadly the same result cropped up

No updates have been carried out; maybe our development team changed something.

Just got into contact with our development team and they said that the traditional way of verification has been discontinued.

Now, simply request a prize and our staff will check to see whether your account information is legitimate. Then, your prize request will be processed
