Answer: Ensure that you have no prefixes or international codes in front of your phone number. Also, if you can't get the verification system to call you please check your telephone number in your profile to make sure that it does not contain two (double) country codes before your area code (for example, for North America make sure it does NOT read "+119005551212" and INSTEAD has only one country code "+19005551212").

Not too sure why it isn't working for you. Double check again that you have entered everything in correctly. If you are still not receiving the message, you could simply request to receive a phonecall and listen to the PIN that is issued.

The other alternate method to get verified is to submit a ticket, attached with an image containing some form of personal idendification. This way, we can also verify that your account information is legitimate.

We just require you to take a picture/scan an image of a form of identification, such as your passport and attach the file in a Support ticket.
